Welcome to Kinminds. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kinminds platform, accessible via https://kinminds.social, associated domain redirects (including kinmind.social), and related services (collectively, the “Service” or “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

When you submit content marked as “anonymous”, we decouple the public display of that content from your username and public identity. You warrant that you possess all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree to adhere strictly to our Community Guidelines. You shall not submit content that contains harassment, hate speech, doxxing, defamation, fraud, commercial spam, or encouragement of self-harm.
Kinminds reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove or hide content, restrict posting privileges, apply shadow-bans, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or threaten community safety.
